நடிகர் ஷாருக்கானின் மகனான ஆர்யன் கானைப் போதைப்பொருள் பயன்படுத்தியதாகக் கைதுசெய்த வழக்கில் அதிகார அத்துமீறலும், அரசியல் பழிவாங்கல் நடவடிக்கைகளும் நடந்தேறி வருவது நாடெங்கிலும் பெரும் சலசலப்பை ஏற்படுத்தியிருக்கிறது. இவ்வழக்கில் கைதுசெய்யப்பட்டவர் ஒரு இசுலாமியர் என்பதாலேயே, அவரைக் குறிவைத்து அரசதிகாரம் காய்களை நகர்த்தி வருவது கடும் கண்டனத்திற்குறியது. ஆர்யன் கானை விடுவிக்க 25 கோடிகள் வரை பேரம் பேசப்பட்டன என்று வரும் செய்திகள் அதிர்ச்சியளிக்கின்றன.
ஆர்யன் கானையைப் பிணையில் விடுவதற்கு எதிர்ப்பு தெரிவிக்கும் போதைப்பொருள் தடுப்புப்பிரிவு, போதை விருந்து நடந்ததாகச் சொல்லப்படும் சொகுசுக்கப்பல் நிர்வாகத்தின் மீது எடுத்த நடவடிக்கையென்ன? என்பது குறித்து எதுவும் தெரியவில்லை. தவிர்க்க இயலா பல்வேறு ஐயங்களும், விடைதெரியா கேள்விகளும் எழும் நிலையில், ஷாருக்கானின் மகன் என்பதாலேயே, இவ்வழக்கில் ஆர்யன் கான் சிக்க வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார் எனும் வாதத்தில் உண்மையில்லாமல் இல்லை.
குஜராத் மாநிலத்தில் அதானி குழுமத்தால் நடத்தப்படும் முந்த்ரா துறைமுகத்தில் 2,988.21 கிலோ எடையும், 21,000 கோடியிலான சந்தை மதிப்பும் கொண்ட போதைப்பொருள் கடத்தப்பட்ட வழக்கில் ஆர்வம் காட்டாத மத்தியில் ஆளும் பாஜக அரசு, போதைப்பொருள் பயன்படுத்தியதாக ஆர்யன் கானை கைதுசெய்த வழக்கில் காட்டும் முனைப்பும், தீவிரமும் பாஜக அரசின் அப்பட்டமான அதிகார தலையீட்டையும், அரசியல் இலாப நட்ட கணக்கீடுகளையுமே காட்டுகிறது. முந்த்ரா துறைமுகத்தில் போதைப்பொருள் கடத்தப்பட்ட விவகாரத்தில் பின்புலத்திலுள்ள வலைப்பின்னல் குறித்தும், கடத்தல் பெரும் புள்ளிகள் குறித்தும் வாய்திறக்காது, அவர்கள் மீது சட்ட நடவடிக்கைகளைப் பாய்ச்சாத இந்நாட்டின் ஆட்சியாளர்கள், ஆர்யன் கான் வழக்கில் காட்டும் அதீதக்கவனம் இயல்பானதல்ல.
பழங்குடி மக்களுக்காகப் போராடிய பெருமகன் ஐயா ஸ்டோன் சுவாமி அவர்களைப் பொய்யான வழக்கில் கொடுஞ்சட்டத்தைக் கொண்டு பிணைத்து, அவரைச் சிறைக்குள்ளேயே சாகடித்த இந்நாட்டின் ஆட்சியாளர்கள், தங்களது அரசியல் ஆதாயத்திற்காகவும், பழிவாங்கல் போக்குக்காகவும் எதை வேண்டுமானாலும் செய்வார்கள்; எவரை வேண்டுமானாலும் கைதுசெய்வார்கள் என்பது வெளிப்படையானது. அந்த வகையில், குடியுரிமைச் சட்டத்திருத்தத்திற்கெதிராகப் போராடியதற்காக உமர் காலித், சர்ச்சில் இமாம், அப்துல் காலித், சைபி, இஷ்ரத் ஜான், மீரான் ஹைதர், குல்பீ ஷா, ஷீபா உர் ரகுமான் போன்றவர்களையும், உத்திரப்பிரதேசத்தில் ஒடுக்கப்பட்ட பெண்களுக்கெதிரான வன்கொடுமைகள் குறித்துச் செய்திசேகரிக்கச் சென்ற ஊடகவியலாளர் சித்திக் கப்பனையும் இசுலாமியர் எனும் ஒற்றைக் காரணத்திற்காகவே, ஊபா சட்டத்தின் கீழ் சிறைப்படுத்தி வதைத்து வருவது அரசப்பயங்கரவாதத்தின் உச்சமாகும். மதச்சார்பின்மை எனும் மகத்தானக் கோட்பாட்டினைக் குலைத்து, சொந்த நாட்டு மக்களையே மதத்தால் பிளந்து பிரிந்து, மத ஒதுக்கல் செய்யும் மத்தியில் ஆளும் மோடி அரசின் செயல் வெட்கக்கேடானது. பாஜக அரசின் இக்கொடுங்கோல் செயல்பாடுகளுக்கு வன்மையான எதிர்ப்பைப் பதிவுசெய்கிறேன்.

Is Aryan Khan Being Targeted Just Because He is a Muslim?
The arrest of actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan for drug use is a case of abuse of power and political retaliation, which has caused a great deal of controversy across the country. Since the detainee, in this case, is a Muslim, it is highly condemnable that the ruling class is making all its moves to corner him. The reports that a deal of up to Rs. 25 crore money as bribery has been negotiated to release Aryan Khan is shocking.
While the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) is against the release of Aryan Khan on bail, what action was taken by the NCB on the management of the luxury cruise ship where the alleged party took place? With various doubts and unanswered questions that arise inevitably, the argument that Aryan Khan is embroiled in this case because he is Shah Rukh Khan’s son cannot be ruled out.
While showing no interest in the Rs. 21,000 crore drug smuggling case at the Mundra port run by the Adani Group in Gujarat, the ruling BJP government’s arrest and aggression in the case of Aryan Khan’s use of drugs is a sign of the BJP’s blatant political interference and gain. Being silent rather than probing the network involving big players in the drug smuggling case in Mundra port, the Union Government led by BJP are overly concerned about the Aryan Khan case, which is quite natural to do so.
The BJP-led Union Government, who abducted Stan Swamy, who fought for the tribal people’s rights, with tyranny in a false case and killed him in prison, will do anything for their political gain and revenge. They will not hesitate to arrest anybody. In that regard, Umar Khalid, Churchill Imam, Abdul Khalid, Saibi, Ishrat John, Meeran Haider, Gulbee Shah, and Ur Rahman were arrested for protesting against CAA. Similarly, Siddique Kappan, a Journalist, who was covering a story on violence against Dalit Women in Uttar Pradesh, was arrested just because he is a Muslim. These activities show that state terrorism has reached a whole new level. The actions of the ruling Modi government are shamefully dividing the people of their own country by religion, undermining the great doctrine of secularism. I would like to register my strong opposition to these tyrannical activities of the BJP Government.
