பிற மாநிலங்களில் தமிழ் வழியில் பத்தாம் வகுப்பு பயிலும் மாணவர்களையும் தேர்ச்சிப் பெற்றவர்களாக அறிவிக்க வேண்டும்

கொரோனா நோய்த்தொற்றுப் பரவல் காரணமாக ஏற்பட்டுள்ள பேரிடர் சூழலினால் பத்து மற்றும் பதினொன்றாம் வகுப்புக்குத் தேர்வுகளை நடத்தாது மாணவர்களைத் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றதாக அறிவிக்க வேண்டுமென பெற்றோர்கள், ஆசிரியர்கள், கல்வியாளர்கள், அரசியல் தலைவர்கள் என யாவரும் ஒருமித்து வைத்தக் கோரிக்கையை ஏற்று அதனை செயல்படுத்திய தமிழக அரசின் முடிவு பெரும் வரவேற்பைப் பெற்றது. அதனைப் போல, பிற மாநிலங்களில் தமிழ் வழியில் கல்வி பயிலும் தனித்தேர்வர்களையும் தேர்வில்லாது தேர்ச்சிப் பெற்றதாக அறிவிக்க வேண்டும் எனும் எழுந்திருக்கும் கோரிக்கை மிக மிக நியாயமானது; தார்மீகமானது. தமிழகத்தில் பயிலும் மாணவர்களைப் போலவே பிறமாநிலங்களில் தமிழ்வழியில் கல்வி பயிலும் அவர்களை தமிழக பள்ளிக்கல்வித்துறை தனித்தேர்வர்களாக அறிவித்து அவர்களுக்கு தனியாகத்தேர்வுகளும், தேர்ச்சிச்சான்றிதழ்களும் வழங்கி வருகிறது. தற்போது கொரோனா நோய்த்தொற்று காரணமான ஊரடங்கு அமல்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ள நிலையில் அவர்களது தேர்வுநிலை குறித்து தமிழக அரசு எவ்வித அறிவிப்பையும் வெளியிடாதது பெரும் ஏமாற்றத்தையும், குழப்பத்தையும் அம்மாணவர்கள் மற்றும் பெற்றோர்களிடையே ஏற்படுத்தியிருக்கிறது.
கல்வித்துறை சார்பில் பிற மாநிலங்களில் பயிலும் தனித்தேர்வர்களுக்கு தனியாகத் தேர்வுகள் நடத்தத் திட்டமிடுவதாக வரும் செய்திகள் அதிர்ச்சியளிக்கின்றன. கொரோனா நோய்த்தொற்றானாது தமிழகம் மட்டுமல்லாது நாடு முழுமைக்கும் பெரும் பாதிப்பை ஏற்படுத்தியிருக்கும் அசாதாரணச்சூழலில் தேர்வினை எதிர்கொள்கிற களச்சூழலோ, மனநிலையோ முழுவதுமாக அற்றுப்போயிருக்கும் தற்காலத்தில் தேர்வினை நடத்தாது அவர்களைத் தேர்ச்சிப்பெற்றதாக அறிவிப்பதே மாணவர்களின் நலனுக்கு உகந்ததாக இருக்கும்.
எனவே, பிற மாநிலங்களில் பயிலும் தமிழ்ப்பிள்ளைகளின் உடல் மற்றும் மனநலனைக் கருத்தில்கொண்டு தமிழகத்திலுள்ள பத்தாம் மற்றும் பதினொன்றாம் வகுப்பு மாணவர்களுக்குத் தேர்வில்லா தேர்ச்சியை அறிவித்தது போலவே, வெளிமாநிலங்களில் தமிழ்வழியில் கல்வி பயிலும் பத்தாம் வகுப்பு மாணவர்களையும் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றதாக அறிவிக்க வேண்டும் என தமிழக அரசை நாம் தமிழர் கட்சி சார்பாக வலியுறுத்துகிறேன்.

TN Govt. Should Declare that the Other States Thamizh Medium Class 10th Students are Considered as ‘All Pass’
The TN Government decision to declare all the 10th and 11th Class students are considered as ‘having passed’ due to this disastrous situation prevailing due to the spread of Covid-19 had received a huge reception. The decision came after considering the request to cancel exams and declare ‘all pass’ from the parents, teachers, educationalists, and political leaders, who voiced out unanimously. Likewise, It is quite a reasonable and a moral request the same for other state students opted ‘Thamizh’ language as the medium of instruction. It is highly disappointing and confusing to the parents that no announcement were made by the government regarding the regulation for promoting these students.
It is shocking to hear that the State’s School Education Department has been announcing individual examinees and planning to conduct individual exams to these other states students. It will be fair enough to announce that these students are considered as having passed without conducting exams considering this unusual situation prevailing due to Covid-19 pandemic outbreak and the students’ mental inability to write exam as one of its consequences.
Hence, on behalf of the Naam Thamizhar Katchi, I request the TN Government to announce examination-free promotion of Class 10th other states Thamizh medium students as well, considering the students’ physical and mental health.
