கொரோனா நோய்த்தொற்று பரவலால் இந்தியாவிலேயே அதிகப்படியான பாதிப்புகளைச் சந்தித்துக் கொண்டிருக்கிற மாநிலமாக தமிழகம் இரண்டாவது இடத்திலிருக்கிற இவ்வேளையில், நோய்த்தொற்று குறித்து சோதனை செய்ய சீனாவிலிருந்து தமிழக அரசு இறக்குமதி செய்த 4 இலட்சம் வெகுவிரைவுக்கருவிகளை (RAPID TESTING KIT) மத்திய அரசு இடைமறித்து தன்வசப்படுத்தியிருப்பது எதனாலும் சகிக்கமுடியாத தமிழகத்திற்கு இழைக்கப்பட்ட துரோகம் ஆகும். பாஜக அரசு பதவியேற்றது முதல் தொடர்ச்சியாக தமிழின விரோத நடவடிக்கைகளை, தமிழகத்திற்கு வஞ்சகம் செய்யும் பணிகளை திட்டமிட்டு செய்துவருகிறது. துயர் சூழ்ந்த இந்த பேரிடர் காலத்தில் கூட மற்ற மாநிலங்களை விட தமிழகத்திற்கு குறைவான நிதி ஒதுக்கி தனது தமிழின விரோத போக்கினை தொடர்ச்சியாக மத்திய அரசு வெளிகாட்டி வருகிறது.இந்நிலையில் கொரனா நோய் தொற்றினை உடனே பரிசோதனை செய்து முடிவுகளை அறிவிக்க வல்ல கருவிகளை மாநில அரசுகள் நேரடியாகக் கொள்முதல்செய்து பெற்றுகொள்வதற்குத் தடைவிதித்து, தமிழக அரசு கருவிகளை வாங்குவதற்கான பணிகளை முன்கூட்டியே செய்திருந்தாலும், அதில் இடைமறித்து அக்கருவிகளைப் பறித்துக்கொண்டு அதனை மற்ற மாநிலங்களுக்கும் பகிர்ந்தளிப்பதாகக் கூறுவது தமிழர்களின் நலனுக்கெதிரான மாபாதகச்செயலாகும்.
ஒட்டுமொத்த நாடே மிகப்பெரும் பேரிடரில் சிக்கி அழிவின் விளிம்பில் நின்றுகொண்டிருக்கிற இவ்வேளையில் தங்களது மண்ணின் மக்களை தற்காத்துக்கொள்ள மாநில அரசுகள் முனைப்புடன் செயல்பட்டு போர்க்கால அடிப்படையில் நடவடிக்கைகளை முடுக்கிவிட்டுக் கொண்டிருக்கின்றன. அச்சூழலில் மனிதத்தைப் பாராமல், மாநிலங்களின் உரிமைகளில் தலையிட்டு உயிர்க்காக்கும் பொறுப்பை செய்யவிடாது இடையூறு செய்யும் மத்திய அரசின் செயல் கொடுங்கோன்மையானது. குறிப்பாக தமிழ்நாடு , தமிழர்கள் என்றாலே மத்திய அரசினை ஆளுகின்ற பாஜக முழுமூச்சாக செயல்பட்டு தமிழகத்திற்கு நியாயமாக கிடைக்கவேண்டிய நிதி உள்ளிட்ட அனைத்து நலன்களையும் முடக்கிப் போடுவது என்பது சகிக்க முடியாத சர்வாதிகாரத் தனம்.
கூட்டாட்சித்தத்துவத்தின்பால் வரையறுக்கப்பட்டுக் கட்டமைக்கப்பட்ட இந்நாட்டில் பேரிடர் காலத்தில் அண்டை நாடுகளிலிருந்து உயிர்காக்கும் கருவிகளையும், சோதனைச்சாதனங்களையும் வாங்ககூட மத்திய அரசை சார்ந்தே இருக்க நிர்பந்திப்பது தமிழகத்திற்கு மட்டுமல்ல இந்தியாவில் இருக்கின்ற அனைத்து மாநிலங்களையும் மத்திய அரசு தன் அடிமையாக கருதுவதை அப்பட்டமாக வெளிக்காட்டுகிறது. கொரோனா நோய்த்தொற்றால் அதிகப்படியான இழப்புகளை தமிழகம் தத்தளித்து நிற்கையில், தமிழக அரசு கேட்ட 9,000 கோடி ரூபாய் நிதியைத் தராது வெறுமனே 517 கோடி ரூபாயை அளித்து வஞ்சித்த மத்தியில் ஆளும் மோடி அரசு, தற்போது தமிழக அரசின் நிதியில் கொள்முதல் செய்யப்பட்டப் பொருட்களைப் பறித்து அதனை மற்ற மாநிலங்களுக்கும் பகிர்ந்தளிப்பதாக வந்த செய்தி அதிர்ச்சியையும், ஆத்திரத்தையும் தருகிறது. செத்தால் கூட தமிழனுக்கு என நாதி கிடையாது என்கிற மனப்பாங்கில் மத்திய அரசு இந்தப் பேரிடர் காலத்திலும் செயல்படுவது என்பது நோய்த்தொற்று பேரிடர் தருகிற துயரை விட கொடும் துயராக இருக்கிறது.
பன்னெடுங்காலமாக தமிழகத்தின் அபரிமிதமான வரிவருவாய் மூலமாக நிதியாதாரத்தைப் பெற்று வரும் மத்திய அரசு தமிழகத்திற்குரிய உரிமைகளைப் பறித்தும், மறுத்தும் வருவதோடு மட்டுமல்லாது அழிவுக்காலத்தில்கூட மாற்றாந்தாய் மனப்பான்மையோடு அணுகி வருவது தமிழர்களுக்கெதிராகத் திட்டமிட்டு செயல்படும் இன விரோதப்போக்காகும். மாந்தகுலத்தின் உயிரைக்காக்கும் மகத்தானப் பணியில் தங்களையும் இணைத்துக் கொண்டு இப்போரில் களத்தில் நிற்கும் தமிழர்களின் உணர்வுகளை உரசிப்பார்க்கிற இச்செயல் வன்மையாக கண்டிக்கத்தக்கது. தமிழர்களின் உணர்வினை மதித்து அவர்களின் உயிர் காக்கும் அவசியம் எழுந்திருக்கிற இந்த பேரிடர் காலத்தில் கொரோனோ நோய்த்தொற்றைக் கண்டறிவதற்கும், தற்காத்துக் கொள்வதற்குமான நோய் கண்டறியும் சாதனங்களை வெளி நாடுகளிலிருந்து வாங்குவதற்கு மாநில அரசுகளுக்கு மத்திய அரசு விதித்திருக்கும் தடையை உடனடியாக நீக்க வேண்டுமெனவும், தமிழகத்திற்குரிய சாதனங்களை உடனடியாக தமிழக அரசிடம் ஒப்படைக்க வேண்டுமெனவும், தமிழக அரசு கேட்ட உரிய பேரிடர் கால நிதியை எவ்வித காலதாமதமின்றி அளிக்க வேண்டும் எனவும் வேண்டுமெனவும் மத்திய அரசை வலியுறுத்துகிறேன்.
தொடர்ச்சியாக தமிழர்களுக்கு எதிராக செயல்பட்டு வரும் மத்திய அரசின் தமிழின விரோதப் போக்கினை உளமார்ந்து உணர்ந்து வருகிற தமிழின இளையோர் இந்தியா என்கின்ற பெருநாட்டின் மீது கொண்டிருக்கிற மாசற்ற பற்றினை இழந்து வருகிறார்கள் என்பதனையும், இப்படிப்பட்ட அவநம்பிக்கை உளவியலுக்கு தமிழின இளையோரை மத்தியில் ஆளுகின்ற பாஜக அரசு வலுக்கட்டாயமாக உட்படுத்துகிறது என்பதனையும் இந்த சமயத்தில் எச்சரிக்கையோடு சுட்டிக்காட்டுகிறேன்.
