குவைத் மன்னர் அமீர்
ஷேக் நவாஃப் அல்-அஹ்மத் அல்-ஜாபர் அல்-சபா அவர்கள் உடல்நலக் குறைவால் மறைவுற்ற செய்தியறிந்து பெருந்துயருற்றேன்.
அவரை இழந்து வாடும் அவரது குடும்பத்தினருக்கும், குவைத் நாட்டு மக்களுக்கும் எனது ஆறுதலைத் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறேன்.
தனது 25 வயதில் ஹவல்லி மாகாணத்தின் ஆளுநராக பணியை தொடங்கிய அவர் சுமார் 60 ஆண்டுகளாக குவைத் நாட்டின் உள்துறை, பாதுகாப்பு, தொழிலாளர் நலத்துறை உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு துறைகளில் அமைச்சராகவும் மற்றும் துணை அமீராகவும் சிறப்பாக பணியாற்றி கடந்த 2020 ஆண்டு மன்னராக பதவிக்கு வந்த அமீர்
ஷேக் நவாஃப் அல்-அஹ்மத் அல்-ஜாபர் அல்-சபா, இக்கட்டான கொரோனா பெருந்தொற்று காலத்தில் சூழலை வலிமையோடு எதிர்கொண்டு குவைத் குடிமக்களுக்கும், அங்கு வாழும் வெளிநாட்டவர்க்கும் தேவையான திட்டங்களை வகுத்து அந்நேரத்தில் ஏற்பட்ட பொருளாதாரப் பின்னடைவை சரி செய்து மீண்டெழ பெரிதும் பாடுபட்டார். குவைத் நாட்டில் பணிபுரியும் வெளிநாட்டினர் மீதும் குறிப்பாக இந்தியர்கள் மீதும் பெருமதிப்பும் கொண்டிருந்த அவரது இழப்பு ஈடுசெய்ய முடியாததாகும்.
அவரின் திறமைக்கும் வலிமையான தலைமைத்துவ பண்பிற்கும் என்றென்றும் குவைத் மக்களாலும் அங்கு பணிபுரியும் வெளிநாட்டினராலும் நினைவுகூறப்படுவார்.

I am deeply saddened to learn of the passing away of Sheikh Nawaf al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah due to ill health.
He started his career as governor of Havally province at the age of 25 and served as minister and deputy emir in Kuwait’s various departments, including home, defense, and labor welfare, for nearly 60 years.
Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, during the difficult COVID-19 pandemic, promptly responded to the crisis situation and worked hard to make necessary plans for Kuwaiti citizens and foreigners living there to recover from the economic slowdown. His loss was irreparable. He had great respect for foreigners working in Kuwait, especially Indians.
He will forever be remembered by the people of Kuwait and the foreigners who work there for his strong leadership qualities and the skill set he possessed.
My deepest condolences to the bereaved family of Hon’ble Emir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Zafar Al-Sabah and the people of Kuwait.
